Working Hours
Our standard working hours are 9 hours per day, including two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute meal break.
Additional Hours, Weekends & Holiday Pay
While our Virtual Assistants are committed to flexibility, any recurring overtime, weekend, or holiday work will be billed at 1.5x the hourly rate. These additional payments go directly to your assigned assistant.
Price Lock Guarantee
Your subscription rate is locked for 3 years from the start date of service, provided the same Virtual Assistant is retained. If you choose to upgrade your assistant, a new rate may apply.
Payments
Invoices must be paid in advance—either weekly or monthly, depending on your selected plan. If an invoice remains unpaid for over 15 days, we will need to pause the account until payment is received.
Refund Policy
Refunds or credits may apply in the following situations:
- Errors by the VA: Refunds will be issued only in cases resulting in a financial loss due to verifiable errors.
- Unapproved Absences: Any unexcused leave will be prorated and adjusted in your next invoice.
Cancellation Policy
We don’t require contracts, but we do ask for a 2-week notice before cancellation. This allows us to reassign or wind down any ongoing tasks effectively.
