A good portion of day-to-day activities is spent on the processing of recurring transactions. These transactions can consist of sales and production activity, purchasing, or payroll processes. Preparing and maintaining important financial reports.

Account reconciliations such as bank, inventory management, invoice clearance, bill payments etc. Issue receipts to customers on receipt of payments. Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating, and posting accounts receivable data.

Prepare and disburse invoices to customers. Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the customer. Reconcile transactions with statements. Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable transactions, verifications and keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

Sending Invoices to the customers based on the purchase of product/services and maintaining the customer’s profile. Handling billing queries from clients and sending out payment reminders to customers.
