Terms & Conditions
Working Hours
The scheduled working hours for our staff are 9 hours daily. This includes a 1-hour break, divided into two 15-15 minutes breaks and a 30-minute dinner break.
Additional Hours & Weekend/Holiday Pay
Though our VAs are committed to working beyond or before our scheduled shift hours for occasional requests; However, for any recurring or repetitive requests for overtime / Working on weekends / Scheduled Holidays, it will be charged 1.5 times for the hours worked extra, this will be directly credited to your VA’s Salary.
Price lock
All the VA subscriptions are price locked for 3 years from the date of starting the services unless you choose to upgrade your VA.
Payments
The invoices are to be paid in advance for the month or week commencing you can opt for weekly or monthly payments for your convenience. If the invoice remains unpaid for more than 15 days, we would have to temporarily pause the account.
Data security
We have the following protocols in place to secure our and our client’s data.
- We work under one roof and all of us have to log in to our internal servers to access any data.
- All of our emails can only be accessed on our company’s IP address
- We do not allow our Team to carry Mobile Devices / portable hard drives / USBs etc. inside of the office.
- We save any client data with permission, and once the client cancels the services, we delete all the related data from our servers within 3 business days.
If the clients’ data is highly confidential, we recommend using the remote desktop connection to access the clients’ workstation remotely to avoid any data transfer to the local workstations used by the VA.
**We are also open to any security protocol to ensure data security.
Refund Policy
The refund will only be applicable for following
- Error done by VA – The refund for the error will be only applicable in case there is a money loss
- Unapproved Absenteeism – This will be on a per-occurrence basis and will be adjusted in the next invoice.
Cancellation policy
Though we do not do contracts; however, we would need a 2-week notice so that we can prepare the next set of activities for the staff.
